Switzerland at the top of the ICC Court of Arbitration statistics 2023

The ICC International Court of Arbitration published its statistics for the year 2023:

• Switzerland is among the top three countries selected as place of arbitration;
• Swiss law is the second most frequently selected substantive law, and
• Switzerland was the third most frequently chosen nationality for arbitrators.

These figures once again reflect Switzerland's outstanding position in ICC arbitration and are a strong motivation to keep up the good work.
